Hi,

I am trying to set a rule to forward work emails to my personal email. I first tried the following:

When Sender contains "sender's name" send full copy to "my email address".

Nothing happened. The email just sits in my inbox in lotus notes but never gets sent to my personal email.

Then I tried:
When to contains "my name" send full copy to "my email address".

Same thing...nothing happens. I do not have admin access of any kind and I am totally new to Lotus Notes (8.5.1 BTW). Is there a trick to getting rules to work?

I found posts online about disabling then enabling, certain settings in the calendar, and more but nothing worked.
